Hey I am a former professional athlete that has been training the youth for the last year going on two !! Camp is called (onedayatatimetraining) it went very successful for my first year had mostly kids under the age of 10 but also worked with owasso high school lady's starting point guard !! My plan is to give the youth from ages 4 through 21 a great opportunity to get top notch training from a professional athlete !!
I was a four year starter at Jenks high school was the number 1 d lineman in Oklahoma in 2008 !!. ESPN top 50 in 2008 !! Us all American in 2008!! Signed with Kansas state in 2008!! Played two years at coffeyville community college due to scores and went on to play at Troy university and had the opportunity to get picked up as a free agent for the Cleveland Browns in 2014!! Also played in the fxfl (NFL d league ) as well after getting cut from NFL !!
Each session will be hour to a hour 15 minutes !! We will focus on your strengths and weakness just depending on the day of the week .. Every work out will be high tempo !! Start with stretch and warm ups and get into the workout and finish every workout with conditioning !!
